Por qué falla la primera entrada
Why the first market entry fails
Understand the code. Connect the dots. Apply the formula.
A first sale can take time. A first market entry doesn’t have to fail.
When it fails, it’s almost never “the product.” It’s three gaps: method, presence, and learning.
1 · No method
Entering without Pre-diagnosis or strategy is a bet. Is leadership decided? Can you serve the U.S. without neglecting Mexico? Is there budget for travel, samples, and marketing? Someone who can quote and decide on time? If any answer is no, the market will find out the expensive way.
2 · No presence
A PowerPoint plan doesn’t create pipeline. You need Connect: prospect base, CRM, campaigns, and first conversations. Advance keeps every opportunity moving. Convert takes mature ones to proposal and close — with your team, not instead of your team.
3 · No learning
The market answers. If nobody documents objections, response rates, and why deals are won or lost, next month repeats the same mistake with a bigger budget. The system must learn every cycle.
Fourteen months aren’t a luxury
Pre-diagnosis, two months of Decode/Adapt, and twelve of operations (Traction → Takeoff → Stabilize → Grow) exist so entry doesn’t depend on luck. Success Fee aligns incentives: part of our income depends on you selling.
The goal is to keep the first entry from failing for lack of method, presence, or learning.
